Q: How much is postage & packing?
A: This will depend on the size of the egg and where it is being shipped to. The postage will be charged at cost, and is based on the weight of the parcel.

Q: Can I buy online?
A: Unfortunately we do not have a secure online shopping facility for purchasing these completed eggs. Please contact us if you wish to place an order for one of these eggs.

Q: What are the eggs made of?
A: All these decorated eggs are made out of real egg shell. As such they are very fragile, and whilst every care will be taken to sufficiently pack them we cannot be held responsible for any damage that occurs to the eggs through the post.

Q: Can you make me a decorated egg to order?
A: No, we do not make eggs to sell. These eggs are ex-display items and so there is only one of each design available to purchase.

 

 

Terms & Conditions

DESCRIPTION OF GOODS
The terms 'Gold', 'Silver' or 'Pearl' refer to colour and not content. Due to monitor display and limitations colour illustrations are as close as possible, but cannot be guaranteed, and should be used only as a guide.

HOW TO PAY
Please note, all orders must be pre-paid. We do not accept orders on 'credit' or 'sale or return'.

PAYMENT BY CREDIT CARD
We accept most major credit & debit cards, including Switch and Delta. We cannot however accept Visa Electron on mail order. Please note, there is a 3% surcharge on payments using American Express. When using Switch please remember to include the issue number (if you do not have an issue number we require a start date). If you are paying by Credit/Debit card please remember to add the expiry date after your card number. Please note, the security code is now also required (the last 3 number on the back of your card). PAYMENT BY CHEQUE
Cheques and postal orders to be made payable to Eggstravaganza. Please write your Bank Guarantee Card No. on the back of your Cheque.

POST AND PACKING CHARGES
Postage will be charged at cost, and is based on the weight, size and destination of the parcel.

EXPORT ORDERS
We send goods to any part of the world. Parcels are sent the most economical air route or to your special instructions. NOTE:- All parcels are sent Airsure & Comp. Please state if insurance is not required - although this will be at your own risk.

DELIVERIES
Our aim is to despatch every order the same day as it is received (except Saturday/Sunday) but this cannot be guaranteed due to circumstances beyond our control.

DAMAGED OR MISSING ITEMS
Non-deliveries must be reported within seven days.
Decorated eggs are very fragile. Although great care will be taken to sufficiently protect eggs, Eggstravaganza cannot be held responsible for any damage that occurs to the eggs through the post.
